In 2018, I had the life changing opportunity to learn and experience the C-suite up close and personal. I was a top 5 finalist in a global talent search competition across 47 countries and 204,000 candidates. The program is called CEO for One Month, run by The Adecco Group, a Fortune 500 staffing and HR company. Prior to that, I shadowed the Canadian CEO of Adecco, Gilbert Boileau (selected out of 2748 applicants). I lived in Toronto and spent one month alongside the CEO and other executives in all their day-to-day activities.
